another day,lol

well I was going to have a very lazy day, reading a friend's new book on my kindle.
Read her last and loved it, and it was thanks to another friend, that I knew the first had written and had her book published! (she text me as I sat in T5 going to Canada so I downloaded just before flight!)
Didn't happen.
Don't know where/ what happened to my day.
Was good did washing,ironed, though after ironing shirts I washed more and now have 7 more to iron once dry :(
Decided as the cats have decided to sharpen claws on my very nice duvet set from M&S I'd have a wee look in M&S and see what they had. Didn't intend to buy, but they did have very nice dark purple, needless to say I couldn't walk out the store!
What amused me on some of the packets was ;  'easy ironed', made me think how many people do wash then iron their clean sheets? All the time, sometimes when you are out ti impress, or when someone is staying over in spare room ( sorry but every time I hear spare room or read it, I think of it said by Mr Tumnis in Narnia, sorry!) or never?
I have to admit I fall into the first category I do iron my sheets!
I know life is too short but I can't seem to help myself.
I like smooth sheets.
Not like it helps me sleep better, but I am deluded in thinking its better.
A wee add on to  yesterday's blog; any one that is jealous of my lifestyle could have had it last night, I'd have changed with someone, no problemo!
Mother, had an accident, walked into room and thought, oh smelly, checked loo and fair enough it was on the seat inside and all that, so bleach and a clean but I could smell it still and hey presto her skirt etc was covered too, praise be she wears nappies as its a dam sight easier than if she'd been wearing proper knickers! So into bath, change bed, take verbal abuse, wash and dry then straighten her hair, and put her into bed in nightie.
Is, that no living the high life or what?
You jealous? Bet you are, wanna change now?!
